Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
Once a campaign or service is initiated, fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement, including marketing data, client details, or business strategies.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and creative assets developed by ShopperMobi remain the property of ShopperMobi unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain rights to their brand assets, logos, and pre-existing materials provided for campaigns.
Limitation of Liability
ShopperMobi strives to deliver high-quality results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales numbers, lead volume, or ad performance.
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue, profit, or data.
Technical issues or platform outages (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Third-party actions or errors beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per the contract terms.
Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared, and campaign data will be shared (if applicable).
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or advertising platforms (like Google Ads or Meta Ads). ShopperMobi is not responsible for their availability, data handling, or performance but ensures compliance with their usage policies.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and protect your data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
